Terms of service
All registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use. The registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are requested to use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Article1(Application)
These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the user and the Company.
Article2(Registration for Use)
The registration shall be completed when a prospective user applies for registration through a method determined by the Company.
Article3(Management of User ID and Password)
1.Users shall manage their user IDs and passwords for the Service at their own risk.
2.Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their user IDs and passwords to any third party. When a user logs in with a combination of user ID and password that matches the registered information, we will consider the use of the service to be by the user himself/herself who has registered that user ID.
Article4(Prohibited Matters)
1.In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts.
（1）Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
（2）Conduct related to criminal activity
（3）Other activities that the Company deems inappropriate
Article5(Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)
1.We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to the user for any of the following reasons
（1）When performing maintenance inspections or updating of computer systems related to this service
（2）In any other cases where the Company deems it difficult to provide this service.
2.We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.
Article6(Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)
1.In any of the following cases, we may, without prior notice, restrict a user's use of all or part of the Service, or terminate the user's registration as a user.
（1）Violation of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
（2）In any other cases in which the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you as a result of any action taken by us pursuant to this Article.
Article7(Disclaimer)
1.The Company's liability for default shall be exempted if the default was not caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2.In the event that we are liable for any reason, we shall be liable only to the extent of the damages that could ordinarily arise and only to the extent of the amount paid.
3.We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that occur between you and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.
Article8(Change of Service Contents, etc.)
The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes or discontinuation.
Article9(Modification of Terms of Use)
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice to the user, if we deem it necessary.
Article10(Notice or Communication)
Notification or communication between a user and the Company shall be made by the method prescribed by the Company.
Article11(Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
User may not assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party or offer it as collateral without the prior written consent of the Company.
